Active Ingredient: Acetylsalicylic Acid
Areas of Application:
- Unstable Angina pectoris (heart pain due to circulatory disorders in the coronary vessels) – as part of standard therapy.
- Acute myocardial infarction – as part of standard therapy.
- Prevention of a further heart attack after the first myocardial infarction (reinfarction prophylaxis).
- After operations or other interventions on arterial blood vessels (arterial vascular surgery or interventional procedures, e.g., aortocoronary venous Bypass graft [CABG], percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty [PTCA]).
- Prevention of temporary lack of blood flow in the brain (TIA: transitory ischemic Attacks) and cerebral infarction after precursor stages (e.g., temporary paralysis of the face or the arm muscles or over are walking, loss of vision) occurred.
- Kawasaki syndrome – for the inhibition of inflammation for the duration of the fever stage, to prevent blood clots in wall changes of the coronary vessels (prophylactic inhibition of platelet aggregation in coronary arterial aneurysm).
Usage Note:
- Do not use the medicine for a longer period or in higher doses without medical consultation.
- Maximum 10 packs per person for short-term symptomatic treatment unless instructed otherwise by a medical professional.

Precautions:
- Do not take Aspirin Protect 100 mg if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid, salicylates, or any other ingredients.
- Avoid if you have a history of certain adverse reactions to pain, fever, or inflammation medications.
- Not suitable for acute stomach and intestinal ulcers or pathologically increased bleeding tendency.
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have hypersensitivity to other pain-relief or anti-inflammatory drugs, bronchial asthma, hay fever, nasal mucous membrane swelling, or chronic respiratory diseases.
- Inform your doctor if you are on anti-clotting medicines, have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding, impaired liver or kidney function, or glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.
- Avoid prolonged or high-dose usage without medical consultation.
- Use caution before surgery as it may increase bleeding tendency.
