Tablet Form: Each tablet contains over 48 vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and additional nutrients not found in other supplements. Administer one tablet every other day for a total of 10 tablets starting at the beginning of the pre-keep, or one tablet daily for 10 days starting at the beginning of the 14-day keep.
